The Monaco Gravel Tour courses do not have any traps, all parts are rolling. You will not push your bike. No single tracks are taken in order to emphasize safety and remain in the logic of practicing Gravel.
A development adapted to the mountain and tires ideally in 45mm are recommended to facilitate passages in certain sectors more stony than others.
We want to bring a more sporty side to the Monaco Gravel Tour by offering you an additional longer distance for those who love a challenge.
“Discover the real Mercantour”
We created this route to offer you an extra challenge. 150K of gravel in our mountains means a great day of cycling where you'll need to be in good physical condition to discover the incredible diversity of the panoramas and villages you pass through.
This 150K is for those who want to see more, but also for those who want to challenge themselves or prepare for a similar event. If you want to push your limits without time constraints, this course is for you.
Free departures from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
“Discover the Lands and the Hinterland”
This is a gravel ride that will take you to the heart of the Mercantour mountains. You will cross the most beautiful villages of our mountains: Peille, Sospel, Luceram, Moulinet, Sainte Agnès.
For example, you will ride on the slopes of the Brouis, Braus, Turini and Orme passes.
Finally, you will travel to the heart of an incredibly rich fauna and flora.
And above all, you will have to take up the challenge of finishing this 110K and 3000D+ route before 19pm, with free starts from 8am to 12pm.
“Discover the coastline by Gravel”
You will set your wheels between sea, sky, land and mountains. Then you will reach the Fort de la Revère which rises to an altitude of 696m.
You will have a 360 degree panoramic view from Italy to the Esterel to the Mercantour mountains. Finally you will overlook the Mediterranean and the village of Eze. A short and beautiful trail that will take you back by land and a famous climb of Paris-Nice with the climb of the Grave de Peille.
